Trick or Treat!!! Did everyone remember to set their time back?? I did and the extra hour of sleep was wonderful. My son slept most of the night and I was able to get a very needed rest. Didn't have a lot of ghosts and goblins last night but I had a few. My brother and his friends brought their kids by and two of the little demons hit me with silly string as soon as I opened the door. I got them back though. Their mom had an extra can and I emptied on them. Hope everyone has a good Halloween or what's left of it. SMILES

Happy Halloween!!! Course today is only Sat. the 30, but, the fine holier than though leaders of this town have decreed that we will celebrate Halloween tonight instead of tomorrow. We don't want to insult any deities by doing it on the Sabbath. Folks might want to stay home from services and hand out candy and not make sure their soul is pure by going to church. Halloween these days is just for fun. Very few actually observe it as it once was. Don't any of you get upset with me. What I'm saying is that Halloween is for kids and it should not be used as a political or religious platform. I will be handing out treats tonight, but, if any kids come Trick or Treating tomorrow night, there will be treats then too.

A very important thought came to mind a minute ago. It has to do with coffee. It has got to be the most important beverage in the world. For certain age groups, of course. When I was in the Navy I drank at least 20 cups a day. Then I went on this health kick and didn't drink any at all. You did not want to know me in those days. I was "THE" grouchy bear. Now I limit myself to 3 or 4 cups a day and all is right in the world. My thought was this: In the past 10 years I have not had less than 2 cans of coffee in my kitchen. There is always a backup can on the shelves. Kinda let's you know that I NEED my caffeine every day. Anybody else that way??

Not really anything to say. The wife is bowling this morning. Nobody called me to sub today. If they call now it's too late. Couldn't get the kids ready in time. Tahra is watching Noggin and Eddie is kicked back in his play pen chillin. Had 1 cup of coffee so far, gonna go get some more.

:roll: It's raining , it's pouring, this day is gonna be boring. Not really cause I get to go out in it. We need milk. Not for the babies,but for me. I am almost out. So I get to traverse the flooded city streets and go to Wally World. We need other stuff too but the milk is the important stuff. Sherry got her cam fixed so she is going to be putting pics up on her tblog soon. I don't have a cam. Anyone wanna buy me one for Christmas??

my mouse is acting up. i have to press it 3 or 4 times to get it to work. it's tuesday and the whole house is asleep cept for me of course. sherry worked all night so she needed a nap. eddie just had his breakfast and he always sleeps after. tahra always lays down for a while about 11. she doesn't always sleep but she is today. bored, bored, bored. i need a job. this hanging around the house all day is killing me.

Found out today that a chat friend of my wife loves me. Well she loves the fact that we read the same books. She read my post about the new King novel being in the store and didn't know it was out yet. She told my wife this so it is not a big secret. Just noticed that this post is not in my regular font. Why did it change on me?

:lol: Tahra is watching the Little Bear movie for the third time this week. I starting to love that Noggin channel. When there is something on that she likes she'll sit there for hours. She just doesn't care for many of the programs yet. She loves BooBah , but, AETN took it off the air. I sent them a complaint. They replied that I wasn't the only complainer and that would try to put it back. They replaced it with JayJay the freakin Jet Plane and Tahra won't watch that.

8) We made it through the night. Tahra and DD played and played and watched Noggin. Both of them went to bed with no arguments, though Tahra did not understand why she had to go to bed before her cousin. She voiced it very loudly for about 10 minutes b4 going to sleep. DD went straight to bed when I told her and surprised me this morning by being awake and ready to get up when I went in to get her. I thinks she actually likes going to pre-school.

:P Oh for joy, for joy. My neice is spending the night with us. She is almost 5 and her main joy in life is tattling on her little cousin. Don't get me wrong, I love her to death. It's just that a little of her goes a long way. My brother has to take our mom to the doc in Little Rock for some outpatient work on her pacemaker, so, I get to keep DD. If I took her then he would have to watch my 2 overnight and I really don't think he's up to the challenge.
Oh, yeah. Subbed again for my mom this morning. Bowled a 215,195,190 for 600 series. Actually got my average this time.

:P WoooHooo!! My son is sleeping longer at night. He only woke up once last night. Course he also woke us up at 5 and made sure we were wide awake before he promptly went back to sleep. I'll be glad when he can sleep 8 hrs at a time, maybe then I won't be so tired all the time.

:( Subbed on the Monday night league for the first time last night. I sucked. I normally carry close to a 190 average, but I only averaged about 160 last night. The house has started using a new oil pattern on the lanes and my ball did not react well to it. I spent the entire evening trying to find where to lay my ball down to hit the pocket. I finally got one lane down but the other lane had me baffled. One time my ball would break fine, the next it would slide on the oil and not break at all. With a little more practice I should figure it out, but , with this house, they will prolly change the oil again.

It's Saturday ,7:30 am. I've been awake since 3. This is gonna be a loooooooooooong day. My son woke me up for his bottle and for the life of me I could not go back to sleep. I read my book for almost 3 hours. I f you haven't read them , it's worth the money to buy the Steven King series The Dark Tower. I'm on book 5 of 7 and it's gets more interesting as I go. I've never been a King fan, but, my brother had book 2 at my mom's and after reading it I had to find the rest. T he last 2 books are out now. I saw the finale in the store 2 days ago. But, I haven't gotten the sixth one yet. No money kinda keeps ya from spending on silly things like books when there are bills to pay and kids to feed. I' ll get them eventually. Rambled enough now. SEEE YA!!!

:roll: For joy, for joy. I get to watch my 4 yr. old niece tomorrow. My brother wants to go muzzle load deer hunting tomorrow and my mom has to work. The " good " thing is that " if " he kills one he promised me a shoulder or something. I hope his luck is better than mine. It's been so long since I made a kill that this prolly way I'm gonna get freesh meat. Wish me luck!! (on the baby-sitting lmao)

I got that pic of my nephew up, sorta, gotta tweek it just a bit. Good lookin kid , ain't he? If 25 is still a kid. He's my younger sister's boy and my kids are 20 mo. and 3 mo. I kinda got a late start. I was 49 when my daughter was born.

:lol: At 20 months my little girl has become an accomplished stripper. Got up this morning to a nekkid baby. She had pulled her "DIRTY" diaper off and was at the gate of her room waiting to be cleaned up. She also likes to stand on the coffee table. Thinks she wants to be a table dancer one day.

:lol: She may pull them off but she won't put them on. Got up this morning to a nekkid daughter. She pulled her diaper off cause it was dirty. Stinky dirty!!!! We kinda have started potty training. She's almost old enough and she definitely knows how to strip. Fraid she's gonna be a stripper when she grows up.

It's been a while since I posted anything. Have had some puter probs. Hopefully they are fixed. Still lookin for work. But, I did do a small tile repair job for some friends. Made a little cash, yaaaay. Might have a vinyl job to do soon. Haven't bid on it yet,but, their lowest bid so far is prolly twice what I'll do it for. Don't know yet, haven't seen the job. Had my 51st b'day the other day. Got presents from my kids and my mom. The wife has something on order. Just can't pay for it. Das all for now SEE YA
